With time, we have heard alot of similar questions and thought it might be a good idea to post them here, making it easier for the next person to understand who we are and how we go about our business. 

Q:  Do you guys only do new construction? 
A:  No.  While we do a great deal of new construction, we also do extensive work in existing homes, lower level finishes, and remodels.  Our guys are great at being able to get cables to places you'd never expect with little or no damage.

Q:  Do you only do residential work?
A:  No.  We also enjoy commercial installations.  We have completed installations in specialty surgery centers, country clubs, boutique retail stores, and others (and of course, Coutura).

Q:  Do you provide more than just wiring?
A:  Emphatic YES!  We provide components for everything we do making us a very compelling choice for end-to-end solutions and installed systems.

Q:  Will you install the components that you sell?
A:  Emphatic YES again!  This is how we have built our business--by offering an exceptional installation along with the sale of gear.

Q:  Will you sell components "over the counter"?
A:  Of course.  Our products are competitively priced and we are more than happy to sell gear to the "do it yourselfer". 

Q:  What else do you do?
A:  We are authorized installers for first time DirecTV and DISH Network subscribers so if you are considering switching to satellite service, give us a call since we can offer the very best deals.  Our guys can also competently integrate the receiver into a surround system.

We also offer a 24/7  monitoring service, very competitively priced.

Q:  How long have you been in business?

Q:  How are you different from your competitors?
A:  Possibly a number of ways, depending on the competitor.  First, we are unique in that no one here is commissioned on the sale.  This is critical because it allows our consultant to simply listen to your needs and suggest the very best products to meet those needs, rather than the products and add-ons that fatten their paycheck.

Next, as a company we look for the components that represent the very best value in their category based upon performance, feature set, reliability and price.  Unfortunately, alot of AV brands in our world sell themselves to dealers only on their big margins.  Making selections of the brands we offer on the basis of how much money we make on them seems very shortsighted to us.

We can demonstrate products and technologies in the coolest showroom in the area.

We do not play pricing games.  We price at the lower of manufacturer's retail price or MAP (minimum advertised price) as our every day price.  When creating proposals for installed systems, we like to provide fixed price proposals so you know beforehand the total cost of the job.  This is easy to do in new construction environments but sometimes in existing structures we have to charge labor on a "time spent" basis because there is no accurate way to otherwise predict it.
